Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched.
2. Refund Policy

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Return Policy

Due to the nature of food & cafe products, returns are generally not accepted.

Damaged/defective product received

4. Damaged Items

Report within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
