Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched.

2. Refund Policy

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of food & cafe products, returns are generally not accepted.

  • Replacement is only applicable if:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged/defective product received

4. Damaged Items

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
